Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

The accommodation (4 places) is on the ground floor with an independent entrance. The first floor corresponds to another rural accommodation. The owners live in the main house. With its own terrace and garden furniture. The swimming pool, BBQ and play area are shared with the guests of the other house.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent dwellings on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, part of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

This is a ver y quiet rural area, so parties are not allowed.
