Water, 30A, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee pot and fridge included. Outdoor hot shower, portalet, sink, fire pit and furniture. Chain link fence has 12 ft. wide locking gates. We are near US-1 and you will hear cars and trains. You will also hear hawks, owls, osprey and ibis. 10-15 minutes from beach and downtown.
