Vacation rentals with a pool in Villa Carlos Paz

Whenever I'm looking for a place on site I try to meet the amenities I'm looking for for me and the group of people I travel with. Zulma's house exceeds any type of expectation. We felt in a mansion during our days! The house is beautiful, super spacious and complete. It has all the comforts one can imagine, added to an unpayable view that allows you to appreciate the beautiful city of Cordoba! The strongest points, according to my opinion are: number of rooms, privacy in a very safe area and very close to the city center, a lot of silence and tranquility and big words for the quincho and garden of the house. I was never in such a perfect place! Don't stay out of the house! In addition, Zulma was very kind, predisposed to give us a hand at all times, she gave us clear directions, tourist recommendations, she was very flexible with both the check-in and egress hours. The house has a hygiene and order that I hope every guest respects.

The place is excellent, it has a nice pool although we did not have the opportunity to use it because the weather did not give. The 10-point view, you get up and take a few mates looking at the lake in its entirety. The house with a large living room and never missing space, as observation the WiFi was not excellent but it is understandable for the place where one is

I would definitely come back, it's a place with an amazing view of the lake, a lot of green and the environments were very spacious. Excellent cleanliness, everything you need for cooking, nothing was missing, very tidy and excellent atmosphere. As we were well attended by Graciela upon receiving us it is very valuable.

The accommodation is very large and we were super comfortable, it is very well equipped, we really enjoyed the large pool and the pool table. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spacious place and close to downtown, Cristina very good hosta. Always shared pool since the house is divided and has an apartment to rent, the host lives in the house even if she has her own entrance, this is there and in my opinion, the privacy changes to know that it is there. Highly recommend the place equally close to everything and quiet at the same time!

I'm going to start by saying that the house is a lot nicer once you're there, the view of the lake from the semicircle seen in some images is incredible, so much so that passing midday has shade and during the evenings you have an excellent view of the city of Carlos Paz and the Moon. View from the pool by the way is very good as well. There are 2 toilets on the ground floor, and 2 with a shower upstairs, which solves so as not to end by detonating a bathroom with large groups (there were 12 of us in total). It has a terrace with a nice view that was not used upstairs and a small balcony in one of the rooms. The grill is full. There are enough kitchen utensils. There are several tables, benches, planks and chairs to use outside the house. The house is cool so that in summer you use a fan and you are well, there are mosquito nets in all spaces. We were touched by good neighbors, both of the hotels and the ones below the property

Guillermina was very nice and approachable with us. The entrance to the house was after 3:00 pm and allowed us to enter at 11, as well as the departure was without a hurry. The beautiful house is exactly as shown in the photos. A beautiful neighborhood with a lot of security. We would definitely come back for La Paz who felt in that place. 15 minutes from Carlos Paz which we could leave every day without a problem.

Excellent accommodation.. the area is very good., I would have returned without hesitation.. the host was excellent!!

Facilities: 10 of 10 What we did not like and with all due respect I should be clear was the following: I have never been charged on any other airbnb for requesting an early check in or late check out. However they did and advertised or put a statement that would be like this and the manager was bothered when I claimed it. They must INFORM in their listing that they are going to charge for that

Nazareno was attentive to our requests prior to entry. Great communication , respond instantly. The apartment matches the photos and the pool space and quincho is very nice and practical for recreation. The stay was excellent and Nazareno was very efficient.

We are traveling through a family situation. Maria was attentive and attentive to everything. The dpto is divine, comfortable, modern and super clean. Kitchenware, linens and all first-class. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we should go back to cba. Thank you Maria for everything !

All ten points. Very comfortable apartment, well equipped and in an excellent location. It has a very nice pool on the top floor, with a panoramic view of the Cordobesas mountains and the city of Carlos Paz. We went from Uruguay with a group of friends, Rodoldo provided us with relevant information for the stay and always showed very good availability. I recommend it.

Very nice apartment in a tranquill spot in a neighborhood full of things to do and close to the city center. The pool is a highlight, one of the best I've had at any stay in Argentina! Andrea is a great hostess, full of advice and available to answer any questions or concerns.
