The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. Maybe if they are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it meets everything. Elevators (2), pool, parking lot, games room, living room, washing machine and gym. 10 points. The view it has makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the crockery is fair for 4 people, I mean if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, you should bring their cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. Fridge, oven, air and everything you need for a good stay has it. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it does. It is great to be a 10’ walk from the center of Pinamar, perhaps to go to the beach walking a little longer. If you are with a car in 5’ you are at the beach and the carport is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the price/quality ratio is very good, with a central and quiet area.

A super recommended place to go to relax and rest. Very modern, clean and everything worked perfect in the apartment and in the facilities. We would definitely come back. Only 15 minutes from downtown Pinamar by car. Everything was great. Thank you Agustín!

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything needed . It also has comfort details such as the kitchen and steam extractor in the bathroom as well as the beautiful patio to enjoy the sunsets in front of the Golf . I would come back.

We loved the balcony terrace, it overlooked the pool and loa arboles, beautiful view. It's spacious inside. We are happy with the stay. We came back and Edward was super friendly.

The apartment is simply beautiful, bright and very comfortable. We loved it from the very first moment. Mar de las Pampas itself is a magical place full of peace; the location of the apartment is perfect and allowed us to enjoy in full, it was ideal to disconnect. Close to go to the center and beach on foot! :)

The apartment is amazing! Very nice decorated and has everything to cook, make asado and so on! It has a balcony with a beautiful view, and is 15 min from the town of Pinamar! We pass it barbarous!

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The ideal place to escape the chaos, the surroundings in the apartment is incredible, several kilometers of forest, a chapel outside worth visiting and the beach a few meters from where you have breakfast. The apartment is spotless, clean, neat, where you look, and it has everything you could need during your stay. The best sunset is seen from that balcony. The complex and the apartment are beautiful..!! The pools too..!! It has a restaurant and also a very complete market..!! The only bad thing is that the guards or the consortium won't let you in with the car to take the suitcases in or out... but they're minor things...!! After that, everything is fine..!!

Our stay in this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The apartment was great and perfectly equipped, with very comfortable rooms. The place had all the necessary comforts, both to enjoy the beach and to stay in the facilities. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Martin was always very kind. The truth is spotless! Unbeatable location! I loved the place, I rose with the sea view 180 degrees, the window of the main room had a panoramic view of the sea, really beautiful, super spacious the depto, very comfortable, a giant balcony, to enjoy looking at the sea. The house is very nice, comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nature. Florence was very attentive and with clear instructions, it made us easy to access.

We had a great family stay. The house is very comfortable for a large family, and it is very well described in the publication. The rooms are all very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It has a very nice pool in a very private setting. The gallery where the grill is connects to the kitchen, is covered and in summer invites you to spend long afternoons. In short, if you are willing to pay its value (comparable to any rental in Europe or even Norway), the house is very nice and comfortable, ideal for spending an excellent vacation.

The house is super comfortable and new. We went with a group of friends and we felt very comfortable. Diego was always attentive to our questions and was flexible with the schedules. The view of the polo field is beautiful and we were able to enjoy the sunset at the house. I would definitely go back!

Beautiful house in a sports neighborhood. Very comfortable for 8 people (2 families) each had their own space for privacy. Very nice and spacious house. Unfortunately, before us, there were other guests with dogs and the time between our departure and arrival did not allow for a thorough cleaning, which was needed. But Andres resolved it at our request. Andres' service and the house in Costa Esmeralda are highly recommended.

Really from when we got there until we left we loved the place, the house and the setting!! The house is excellent and would truly come back again!!! A house with a lot of natural light, spacious and very comfortable!!! We are very grateful for the attention!!!

The place is fantastic. The surroundings are exactly as the pictures displayed in the publication. The house is big and superconfortable. You can see the wood from every corner of the house and natural light comes in from the outside in every room. We had two rainy days during our stay and enjoyed the house very much. There is a huge oven which saved us when having to cook meet without the barbecue. There is also a huge refrigerator and freezer. We played games in the big table and watch movies ;the sofa is also comfortable. There are two double beds (one king) and 5 single beds so a big family can come and invite the grandparents!. We also had some problems to start turn on the cable system and the owners came back to help. They are available and not far away from the house which is a plus. The experience was fantastic.
