Monthly Rentals in Village of Pelham

Samantha’s place is exactly as posted, perfectly clean and pristine. Great surroundings, my fav is the parking spot! Great stay, will be rebooking for my next stay! My only gripe was getting into the building. I did arrive very late since I was driving from a very far place. The code wasn’t working and we could not get inside but once we got that situated, everything was perfect. Thanks Samantha!

Our stayed at Yvonne's place was perfect for my two teenagers and I. We walked a lot in city and at the end of the day we were looking forward towards getting some rest. It was great and I would highly recommend it 👌🏽

We were a family of 4 staying at Patricia's place for 10 days. The place was perfect for us with spacious bedrooms and everything we needed in the kitchen. There is a great coffee shop & supermarket close by. The train line into Grand Central station is about a 10 minute walk away so very convenient access into NYC. We would recommend.

We felt like being at home, and Nicole contributed to the experience an in amazing way. I’d recommend this place to anyone who is interested in having an incredible experience.
