Delizioso bungalow a sei minuti, a piedi, dalla spiaggia, si trova in una splendida location immersa nel verde dove troverete serenità e relax, la zona è ben servita da ristoranti pizzerie e un comodo supermercato . Adatta a tutti , può essere comodamente raggiunta da Cagliari in autobus che si ferma proprio all'ingresso del complesso residenziale. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata , due bagni , un'ampia veranda e anche di un barbecue e un forno a legna esterni. Buone Vacanze a tutti !!

lovely garden apartment with private exclusive heated pool with jacuzzi decorated in sardinian style close to centre and the beach. Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)
