Incredible welcome from Monique in her accommodation, an exclusive and pleasantly surprising experience. The house is located in an urbanization with good views towards Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea, with easy street parking. It has every luxury of details to spend a stay with all the comforts, it is worth highlighting how clean and tidy everything was. Without a doubt, Monique makes everything functions for your passage through there leave you a good memory. I will definitely go again when I go to Alicante.

Spacious accommodation and in line with the listing. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the outside temperature. Always room to park 🙂 Maria is responsive and understanding about schedules. Well-equipped apartment.

As in the photos, the qualities of the first place and very well located, the beach 5 minutes away with places to have breakfast and a walk, very easy to park, we felt very comfortable

Galina met my wife and I onsite and gave us a lovely warm welcome, despite our late arrival. We hired a car from the airport and it was a 15 minute drive. Loads of free parking available. The appartment was VERY clean (very, very clean). The bed was very comfortable and surrounding area is very quite. No noisy neighbours and very safe. It's a very short walk to sandy beach, 280 meters. There is a few restaurants by the beach and much more choice c. 750 meters away of bars and restaurants by the Port. We were impacted by Spanish electricity outage and our host called down with his son to see if we were ok and offered water and food. An amazing and kind offer. I would strongly recommend Galinas appartment. Whilst it is compact, it is pristine and perefect for us both. The appartment was very well equipped and Gallina is a host was top class.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Whilst the villa is showing a few signs of wear and tear, it doesn’t detract from how lovely it is and how spotlessly clean it was! We felt it was reasonably priced as well. The garden is beautiful and really well maintained. It’s incredibly private which we really appreciated. The pool was perfect and really clean. We enjoyed the bbq and the range of cooking equipment in the kitchen. There are 2 supermarkets in walking distance which are really well stocked and we enjoyed walking into Alfaz de Pi which has lots of cafes and places to eat. The number 10 bus runs every few minutes from the end of the road but there is a cycle lane/footpath all the way into Albir, which took us about 20 mins to walk to. We had a bit of a mix up with the codes for check in but Rachik was available straight away to help out, even though it was late. Overall, we really enjoyed a peaceful stay and we hope to visit again.

It's hard to know where to start, from great communication with Franc to the smooth introduction to the property from Pavlo, everything went great. as for Francs house, the home was impeccable clean and spotless with everything that made it feel like a home from home, in fact I couldn't think of anything that it didn't have and exceeded all my expectations, oh and the beds were perfect for a great night's sleep after a long day. The location is great with plenty of facilities within a very short walk including the Marina Bar which has a swimming pool and the bus from Torrevieja stops a minute walk away. I only thing I didn't like was not staying longer. So thank you to Franc and Pavlo for a wonderful time 👍

We spent 10 days at Rosa's house during the winter break of 2025. 2 adults and 4 children. The house is very friendly to family with children, there is everything you need to have a good time, cook and relax. Nice location close to the park and 2 min from the beach in a quiet area. Close to supermarket. Rosa was very helpful and kind. She always responded quickly to our requests. Great home and location highly recommend.

We had a fantastic few days. The location of the house is very good, about 5 minutes from the beach walking, Mercadona right next to it and area with restoration about 10 minutes walk away. The house is very nice, both cleanliness and equipment. Roberto was always available for our doubts. We'll be back for sure!

My Wife and I headed out to Emilio's at the end of January. we were booked until mid April. As we do a lot of cooking, we felt there was a few pieces of kitchen equipment we could have done with. Emilio told us to go to a local shop, buy what we needed and he refunded us, Fantastic!! Unfortunately, I fell ill three weeks in and had to get home for medical treatment urgently. Once again Emilio was supportive and understanding, it certainly made a very stressful time so much easier. all that aside, the location was great, local bars and restaurants very good, especially the Indian restaurant near by. I would definitely recommend this place and Emilio could not have been more helpful. when we first arrived, he was there to greet us and show us around. The location is good with an excellent bus service to adjoining towns.

perfect location, not too noisy (as it was in the city center) but still close to the beaches, the port and restaurants the only inconvenience was no wi fi, but it was mentioned in the offer, hope the owner will think about it in the future totally 5 stars 🌟

Casa Nova is a very nice house.There is a beautifull garden with swimming pool. The garden has different places where you can sit comfortable. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. Host Ari is very friendly and helpfull. It's easy and nice to contact him. We had a wonderfull week and will come back for sure !
