The property has 100,000 m2 of forest, walking areas, gardens, pond, lake, pool., etc. The house is very spacious with a large living room , it has heating in winter, in summer it is cool it does not need air conditioning. The entrance to the Birth of the World River is 2.5 km, Riopar 4.5 by ctra. and 1.7 km by a lane. Definitely the best place to stay in the area.
