The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

"At our place"

40 m2 duplex apartment, attached to our house, comprising a living/dining room on the ground floor, with an equipped kitchen. In this living room, you will also have access to the toilet, as well as the bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom with four beds with wardrobe and nightstands, consisting of a 160 x 200 double bed and a bunk bed with two beds. We can also provide you with a baby bed that will fit perfectly in the room.

Located in Brunissard, the last hamlet before the Izoard pass, close to cross-country and ski areas. The accommodation is located on the edge of the forest away from the main road from which start beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails. It is a new, fully equipped apartment with terrace and parking on 2 levels in a detached house.

Our cottage is located in Rambaud, a small village located 5 minutes from Gap and its shops, 30 minutes from Lake Serre Ponçon and the first ski resorts. This all-wood chalet is located at the exit of the village in absolute calm and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
