Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Sixteenth Century House and garden

Experience the real France. Large sixteenth century house, small sunny and secluded garden, barn. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends.
