Authentic whole house 3 Bedrooms in Mansle-les-Fontaines, green resort on the banks of the Charente. Private parking, enclosed grounds and garage. At the foot of the Floral Park, relax near the waterfall, pools and fuchsias. Nearby: canoe base, hiking, racecourse, shops and restaurants. 20 minutes from the Nord Angoulême shopping area and less than 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Atlantic, Futuroscope, Bordeaux and Limoges. This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Guests can enjoy the Charente countryside, as paths are directly accessible on foot or by mountain bike.
