Cool, very spacious and super relaxed retro style cottage. Filled with travel treasures mixed with funky and functional retro stuff. A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Recycled and re-purposed items have been utilised to create garden art and to make a Byron-meets-Bali feel.

The property backs onto a nature reserve which is home to lots of birds, kangaroos, and the occasional echidna. We share the backyard but we are careful to ensure that you have privacy. We are in Minerva Avenue, check map for location. We are a short drive from all beaches in the Huskisson & Vincentia area. We are "up the hill" Closest beaches are Nelson, Blenheim and Greenfields Beaches - a 2 minute drive.

Beach House 52 is in the heart of Jervis Bay. A 2 storey charming A frame house with tonnes of character. The house is pet friendly and is within easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Vincentia. Hyams Beach and Huskisson are a 5 minute drive away. Shopping centres and eateries are within walking distance. There is a farm gate of 1250 cm high at the front entrance which can be viewed on the listing. Pets allowed.
