Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. A modern fully self contained studio apartment on the N.S.W South Coast. The studio is situated in the front garden of the main house.The courtyard is set in between and overlooked by both buildings. Its private but not COMPLETELY private. The studio is detached and therefore has it's own entry and is also quite private. Directly opposite Werri Lagoon & 200 mtrs to the sands of Werri Beach. Included in tariff is tea coffee and breakfast snacks, courtyard, & BBQ.

It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
