Apartman br. 1 nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući u Vinišću. Uz kuću i apartman je bazen s unutarnjim stepenicama, teren za mini golf, sjenica s garniturom za sjedenje i biljarom, košarkaški teren, roštilj na otvorenome i parkiralište. Unutrašnjost apartmana se sastoji od dvije sobe, kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom, kupaonicom i hodnikom. Soba je opremljena s krevetima vrhunske kvalitete i udobnosti. Apartman je idealan za četiri osobe, a peta po potrebi može biti dijete koje bi spavalo na pomoćnom ležaju.
