On the first floor there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a private parking space and internet access. Perfect for a vacation.

Exceptional, spacious, designed with love and care for the details, extremely comfortable, emerged into nature in smells, sounds and views. Close to the coast and charters in the nearby Marina Veruda, 15 minutes from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note: there is an extra cost for heating of the pool if you decide for that option for the price of 150 euros per a week.
