With room for 5 guests, the house is perfect for a family vacation or a trip with friends. Enjoy your morning coffee from the French press on the terrace, take walks along the fjord, or cycle through the beautiful landscape. Horses, llamas, cows, lambs, and sheep graze right nearby. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, and free parking. A short walk to the jetty and nature experiences.

Book a cozy overnight stay in the "shed wagon"

The overnight stay in the cozy shed at the bottom of a villa garden. Once you have found your private parking space, you walk along a small private path Summer evenings can be enjoyed at the campfire area. During your stay, you have your own toilet/bathroom, which is located in the main house, with private and undisturbed entrance to the bathroom. The home is located a few hundred meters from the water. It's about 2 km to the city center. Please note there are no actual kitchen facilities for the stay, but there is a mini fridge and some plates/cutlery

It is less than one kilometer to shopping and located in scenic surroundings. A crib can be loaned and pets are allowed for a fee. Welcome to this idyllic log cabin, with stunning views. Inside, you can enjoy the warmth from the wood stove. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a large bathtub. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Directly to the Fjord

Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year ( the original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

The apartment is an independent unit, with its own entrance, at one end of a villa. There is a spacious bathroom and a kitchen, the apartment is suitable for one or a couple. There is free parking and several shopping opportunities nearby. There are several bus stops within 500 meters. It is about 3 km to Holbæk city center, and about 65 km to Copenhagen. There's pretty much highway all the way.

Idyllic house with magical views

The home has its own private entrance, separate from the rest of the farm, and offers a large, atmospheric balcony overlooking the water and Holbæk town. Here, the nearest neighbor is a horse paddock and a deer that regularly drops by. The home also includes a cozy, private garden where you can enjoy the tranquility and nature around you.
