Shwetha is a great host . very kind, proactive, very friendly, takes feedbacks seriously and has great interest for continuous improvement. The place was kept clean and tidy, well organized, has good ventilations and very spacious. Additional house keeping services were provided as per request. Location is good, very nearby to station, other shops, beach, restaurants, Hence Swiggy/ Zomato home delivery services were also very prompt. We had a really nice time there during the New Year. I would definitely recommend her place if you are looking for a holiday home in Vizag. Its one of the best Airbnb home in Vizag with all the required amenities.

Overall, a favorable place to stay that is in the beachfront, but unable to spend the high cost for staying for too long. Would prefer if the cost was lower. We accommodated five people, and overall the cost was too high.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was easy to find, and its location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach road. We especially loved our morning jogs, as the beach road is closed to vehicular traffic for a good stretch, making it very runner-friendly. The hosts were welcoming and always helpful with our questions. Their dog, Veeru, may look a bit intimidating at first, but he's incredibly friendly! Just be sure to check with the hosts when entering or leaving the property—Veeru loves to greet guests with an enthusiastic hug. Parking is sparse but enough for compact vehicles. There are a good choice of restaurants and door delivery is always an option. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

This place was as per description and satified my expectations. 1. Very near to RK beach, just 2 mins walk. 2. All local attractions, like submarine meuseum, aircraft meuseum, vishaka meuseum are walkable. Rest can be accessed easily by auto / cab. 3. Very nearby departmental stores for all daily needs. Like more supermarket, etc. 4. Some good food joints and resturants for breakfast / dinner, lunch, nearby . 5. The place is just like own home, 2 big bedrooms with attached balcony. and a massive living room. 6. The sea is not viewable from room or balcony, but just 2 mins walk you can reach there . So do not consider this as a deterrant. Dont think twice, as a tourist, you would love this place and value for money.

Stay was very nice . it is comfortable for two people. Pls add some drinking water facilities. Because near by that much shops is not available. Bed room is good to sleep for two but ventilation is low. Windows is there but we can't open in night thats why. Rooms are same that we can see in pictures and neat and clean. Host is very good .He did what ever we needed Room service was also good . After all our stay was good in there .

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment at the beach with a gorgeous ocean view. The host was very nice and always quick to help with any question we had. I definitely recommend this apartment and when I come back to Vizag one day will definitely want to stay here again!

Place is walkable distance from RK beach. Rooms are well maintained and furnished. Amenities like Tv, wifi , Fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle , geyser and enough utensils were present. Clean washrooms and spacious dining includes luxurious sofa set and dinning table. Only gas was not there in cylinder.
