In the master bedroom, there is a double bed plus closet, and in the small bedroom two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. In the kitchen there is a kitchen table for 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher. The balcony has a lounge part, as well as a dining table. Shared pools, as well as two tennis courts are located in the house. There is also a barbecue area on the ceiling.

Beautiful and beachfront house with walking distance to the sea and views of the Karlsoy islands on the fantastic Eksta coast in Gotland. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and toilet. The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. Ett unikt & lyxigt boende! Villan, som är byggd 2022, ligger på ett privat läge med fri utsikt mot äng och skogsområde samt har alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Under sommarhalvåret är det solläge från morgon till kväll. På gång- och cykelavstånd finns Tofta Strand samt Gnisvärds Fiskeläge med flera restauranger, stenugnsbageri, minigolfbana, uthyrning av kite, surfbrädor, padelbana, tennisbana, utegym, livsmedelsbutik mm. A central 2 room and a kitchen 32 m2 apartment with a pool, only 10 min walk from Visby Old Town, perfect for 1-3 persons. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom furnished with two out together twin sized beds, and a sofa bed. There is wifi (100/100) and a tv. Just outside the door is a swimming pool and a common area for barbeque to enjoy in the hot summer evenings. Check-in at 16.00 time may be possible, message host too see what can be arranged.
