18th century house with sea view in northern Visby

Gotland limestone house with sea view and private terrace in a sunny and high position. The house of 75m2 is built in the 18th century, all rooms have sea views. The glass doors from the dining room and living room lead to the terrace with sun loungers and table . The house is beautifully situated, about 4 km north of Visby with walking paths and Snäckggaget's sandy beach and jetties right next door. In 20 minutes you cycle the bike path along the sea to Visby. The house has a large parking lot and several city buses stop 100m away.

Beautiful and beachfront house with walking distance to the sea and views of the Karlsoy islands on the fantastic Eksta coast in Gotland. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and toilet. The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

Architect-designed summer house (moved in 2017) overlooking the sea. Kitchen with all comforts and laundry room with washer/dryer. WiFi (fiber). Outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill. TV room with large TV. One bathroom with shower/bathtub and one with only toilet. Annex with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, but no bathroom). A stone's throw from Tofta beach are our three homes. The home is of good standard and is well suited for the small family. Here you can watch the sun sink into the sea between the pines, enjoy barbecue evenings, take part in beach life or maybe just a quiet reading time on our natural plot…. For everyone's comfort - the home is returned in a clean condition, cleaning instructions are available in the cottage. Cleaning can be pre-ordered for a fee. Guests can charge their electric car for a fee

Dream house right by the sea, 7 km south of Visby. Down by the beach (200 m) is Fridhem's café with homemade treats. 2 km to Kneippbyn with adventure and water park, restaurants, supermarket, concerts, Pippi Longstocking theatre, mini-golf, courts for padel, tennis, football and baskeball. Ygne and Högklint are some of the best places for sea trout fishing. Visby GK is 21 km away and Tofta Beach 16 km.. NOTE: There is an additional cleaning fee of 185€ that is paid 1 week before check-in.

Welcome to our wonderful house in the best location at Gotland! We are a family letting our house, Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m Gnisvärd fishing village. 3 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, ca 90 kvm, a guesthouse (4 single beds). Dishwasher, laundry, and wifi, fireplace. Large garden incl. forest 2500 sqm., We are also renting out a smaller house of 30 sqm. A fence separating the houses. You only share the parking.

"Utsikten" is a completely newly built, modern, architect-designed small house that is located on the edge of the mountain in the middle of the Gotland countryside with panoramic views of the sea and Salthamn's flowering fields. The house is located in one of Gotland's most magnificent places with a stunning view. On the terrace, you can enjoy adorable sunsets over the sea and Visby's medieval silhouettes. Here you can barbecue and enjoy good meals.

Only 300 meters away is Visby cold bathhouse jetty where you can take a refreshing morning swim. After you have eaten a breakfast with sea view in the kitchen, a wonderful day awaits you in Visby. Villa Fiskarporten is a bulhus from the early 1900s and has four bedrooms with WiFi (100 Mbit fiber), induction stove & oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a toilet & shower. In addition, there is a barbecue in the common courtyard.

Welcome to us in beautiful Västergarn! Here you have a cozy cottage near the sea to rent on our large plot. We, Linda and Stefan, live with a dog, three cats and a 13-year-old. It's great if you like animals, because they go outside sometimes. Towels and bed linens are provided, pillows and duvets are provided! Parking is available.
