During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. Tourist flat registered and in compliance with current regulations. Our flat complies with all the tourist regulations in force in Spain. It has an official registration number for rental as a tourist flat and a licence.

This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. The apartment features a stylish design, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate control (air conditioning and heating). The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with bed linen and towels. It is located on the second floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a tourist accommodation and is therefore not rented for tourist stays. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving in. This contract will primarily outline the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and carrying out alterations. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. Este amplio y moderno loft/dúplex de 50m2 se encuentra en la zona de Vista Alegre, a las afueras del Sur de Madrid Capital. Con capacidad hasta para 4 huéspedes, aquí encontraréis todo lo necesario para una estancia inmejorable. El estudio es un bajo dúplex a pie de calle, de tal manera que se entra directamente desde la calle. Como se puede ver en las fotos, el loft/dúplex consta de los siguientes espacios: PLANTA 0: * una zona de salón con sofá y TV * una zona de comedor con una mesa de comedor junto a la cocina * una zona de descanso con una cama de matrimonio de 150x190 que no cuenta con separación ni puerta, aunque sí se encuentra algo retirada de la zona de salón-comedor * y un baño completo con ducha con mampara. La zona del lavabo está abierta a la zona de descanso y la zona de inodoro y ducha están separadas mediante una puerta corredera translúcida. PLANTA 1: * una segunda zona de descanso al subir las escaleras con dos camas individuales de 90x190 que tampoco cuenta con puerta, aunque se encuentra en la planta 1, separada de la zona de día * y un baño completo con ducha. De nuevo, la zona de lavabo está abierta al dormitorio y la zona de ducha e inodoro se encuentran separadas por una puerta corredera translúcida. Por otro lado, al estar situado a pie de calle, puede que en algún momento pueda resultaros algo ruidoso. Se trata de un espacio cálido y acogedor, aprovechado y orientado para proporcionar la mejor estancia al huésped. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a toda la suite. Toallas, ropa de cama y jabón de manos incluidos. La cocina está equipada según el listado de servicios, por favor no dudéis en preguntarnos cualquier duda. La vivienda dispone de aire acondicionado y de calefacción mediante un aparato de aire acondicionado tipo Split con bomba de calor en el techo (aunque da calor a toda la vivienda pues se trata de un espacio abierto). Funciona mediante un mando colgado en la pared del sofá. El agua caliente funciona a través de un termo eléctrico de 76 Litros: es importante saber porque se puede agotar y entonces, es necesario esperar a que se llene de nuevo el termo. Si vais a llegar después de las 20h00, por favor leed atentamente las normas de la casa para que podamos organizarnos. :)

Ideal para pasar unos días en pareja en un apartamento elegante y agradable. Está decorado y preparado para pasar unos días geniales. Tiene buena calefacción, con dos radiadores, una buena cama para dormir con mantas y edredones para estar muy a gusto. La cocina está completa y equipada. El salón cuenta con una TV de 55'', es una pasada de grande. Y tiene mucha luz, el sol entra por todas partes. Siempre estoy atento con mis huéspedes. Pueden llamarme en cualquier momento.
