Traditional house near Boltenhagen/Baltic Sea (3r)

Our restored, half-timbered house in the village centre of Christinenfeld is only four kilometres away from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The location is ideal for day trips: approx. 25min to Lübeck, 40min to Schwerin, 45min to the Baltic Sea beach or 50min to Hamburg City.

You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoors space on the porch, the view of the water of the Trave, the fantastic sunrises over the water. Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
