Cozy vacation home in the Waldviertel

Our vacation home is located between Schrems and Vitis. We took over the house from our grandparents, lovingly renovated and furnished it as if we wanted to live in it ourselves. The house is suitable for families and groups. They are the only guests in our house. 38 bright and cozy square meters with private entrance, protected garden area, sauna, table tennis, hiking in the Gänsgraben to Heidenstatt ... Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. As a mirror maker, I run Austria's last traditional mirror workshop. Hope to see you there!
