great stay, clean and equipped apartment. very friendly and welcoming host. I recommend it.

Alaeddine's flat is in a building, on the 2nd floor. Alaeddine welcomed us on arrival. The building is secure. the spaces are generous. Bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen, in which all amenities. Really everything you could need is present. Fresh teas and muesli were ready for us. We traveled from Gare du Nord by train RER B to St Michel-Notredame stop. There we switched to the RER C direction SUD. Get off at Les Ardoines. From there it is about a 10-minute walk to the property. During the day there are many trains to the center of Paris. In the evening that could be different. During the week, the last train from downtown went at 10.30 pm. In the weekends at 11:30 pm. There was work on the track, maybe that was the reason. So check the train times. We bought a week Navigo card, valid for 7 days, from Mon to Sun. Valid in train, metro and bus. Passport photo is needed. We thought it was a nice place.

Clean place, with good functionality, I would recommend.
