One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

Our Kernhof is idyllically located, a wonderfully quiet place, away from transit traffic and yet central for excursions to the mountains, or to the nearby bishop's town of Bressanone. In our park there are many ways to play and linger (children's playground, football, volleyball, table tennis, trampoline). On request (please ask before arrival) you will enjoy breakfast and dinner in the holiday guesthouse "Zummüllerhof" right next to it. In summer, we host weekly barbecues.

The beautiful alpine-style apartment features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 6 people. City vacation in the middle of vineyards at the Erbacherhof in Bolzano. The cozy, bright apartment "Renates Gründer Suite" (65.5 m² + 24 m² terrace) is located on the first floor, has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a private Finnish sauna, a sofa bed, a terrace, toilet, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Linens, towels and hand towels are also provided.
