On about 220 m² of living space, you will find everything you need for a comfortable vacation next to a fireplace. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The house has an outbuilding with a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and outdoor whirlpool.

In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Our Kernhof is idyllically located, a wonderfully quiet place, away from transit traffic and yet central for excursions to the mountains, or to the nearby bishop's town of Bressanone. In our park there are many ways to play and linger (children's playground, football, volleyball, table tennis, trampoline). On request (please ask before arrival) you will enjoy breakfast and dinner in the holiday guesthouse "Zummüllerhof" right next to it. In summer, we host weekly barbecues.
