Sunset house in Hydra

Our parents build this wonderful house in the traditional architecture of Hydra. The house is located in the picturesque fisherman's harbour of Kamini, more quiet and peaceful compared to the lively and cosmopolitan port of Hydra. It is 15 min walk from the central port of Hydra (along a scenic road next to the sea) or 3 min by water taxi. The house is only 90 steps(usually are more than 200) from the Kamini sea side road but the spectacular view from the terrace make it worth the effort.

Hydra's view house is an accomondation in the centre of the island providing a panoramic view of Hydra and its port which you can enjoy from the house's rooftop as well as its bedrooms. The house has got a fully equipped kitchen for the preparation of your daily breakfast, lunch or dinner. The living room and the bedrooms provide their own TV, air-condition and WiFi. Also, the house is only 10-12 minutes away from the port to the centre of the island dy foot following a road with stairs.

Or 10 minutes through the interior of the village (with stairs) A short walk to Kamin and Pirofani restaurants. 100 meters from the sea and the first swimming spot. Mountain view. Quiet street. Beautiful & pleasant courtyard. The perfect spot for your summers or winters. Happiness on the island of Hydra, unique and magnetic. (! Wifi can be unstable in Hydra!)

Olive Trees House is a charming house, located in the bay of Mandraki, 20-25 minutes walk from the port. The house is detached, quiet, a bit high up on the hillside in an authentic and preserved environment. You will be dazzled by the extraordinary view of the sea. It is surrounded by olive trees, two lemon trees and a fig tree. Its two terraces, each with its own shaded pergola, offer a beautiful 180° view of the sea and the neighbouring hills.

It offers a private swimming area while being one step away from all Hydra’s famous beaches! You can also find many local restaurants -even a supermarket- nearby and enjoy your meal right by the sea! A short walk from the beaches of Vlichos and Plakes (4 seasons) and with little coves a few steps away, this cozy apartment is set within the picturesque village of Vlichos. Vlichos is an oasis for those who want to escape the vibrant yet busy atmosphere of Hydra town. It is only 5 mins by sea taxi from Hydra's harbor or 30 mins walk (which we thoroughly recommend you take at sunset).

Antonia's Guest House - Sea View Room

This room is located in Kamini area. It is part of a bigger building right by the sea, which used to be a tannery (tampakiko) -back to the 1840s. It's been renovated recently and provides you a private balcony with splendid views of the ocean. You will enjoy peaceful moments hearing and gazing the sea, while only a few steps keep you away.

Set in a traditional settlement at the top of the hill this stone house offers a private sun terrace with amphitheater views to the Port and the surrounding area. With a quiet and peaceful place we provide our guests an excellent local staying at the old, historic part of the island.
