The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living/dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

The accommodation, situated in a quiet location on a dune on the edge of the Szczecin Lagoon Nature Park, has a large plot of land with its own private parking, sunbathing areas, terraces, small gardens. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. The former colonial house is one of the oldest buildings in Rieth and has seen many residents come and go in its more than 250-year history.

We welcome you in a two-storey, 150 year old brick house which has been lovingly restored by us. The apartment is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. It consists of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, and is for 2-4 persons. There is the possibility to put an extra bed in the bedroom. The rooms can be comfortably heated by a tiled stove, wood is available.
