On the 2nd floor of a 600-year-old house is the cozy apartment located 5 minutes' walking distance from the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is even closer. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains in the south as in the north and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between the road, the wall and our garden. By car, you can reach the free parking lot on the edge of the Hall Valley, part of the largest nature park in Austria, the Karwendel, in about 10 minutes.

The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 1 car parking space outside the door, bus stop can be reached in 2 minutes. The center of Mils and Hall in Tyrol is within easy walking distance. Innsbruck is accessible by bus. Groceries or restaurant within walking distance. I am more than happy to pass on tips for near and far excursions, even with children :)

The modern and very clean apartment with 75 m² is located on the first floor of my house. A living-dining area with sofa bed and exit to the terrace, bedroom, bathroom and changing room as well as ski drying room! Well divided and fully equipped, you will spend wonderful vacation days with me! Conveniently located in the village, you can reach everything within minutes on foot!
