The apartment is located in Mainburg on the ground floor of a two-family house built in 1960. Mainburg is located in the Hallertau hop cultivation area. The cities of Freising, Landshut, Regensburg, Ingolstadt, and Munich are approximately 30 to 45 minutes away by car. Munich can be reached in about 75 km.

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

In addition to the main bathroom with two washbasins, a bathtub and a shower, there is another toilet in the attic.
