Vacation rentals with a patio in Volkmarsen

We stayed for two nights as a group of 8. The place was simply amazing, very comfortable and felt right at home. A perfect stay. David was an amazing host— very responsive and friendly.

It was four great days in the small cozy apartment that offered everything you needed. The location of the apartment is optimal if you want to be in nature a lot 😀 Highly recommended!

We spent one night in the accommodation and felt very comfortable! Check-in went smoothly and uncomplicatedly. The apartment is large, nicely decorated and offers sleeping places for 9 people, spread over two floors. We particularly liked the cozy beds and pillows, the excellent cleanliness and the good amenities. We also felt positive that there were even some care and hygiene products available in the bathroom, just in case. 5/5 stars :-)

The apartment was very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was super friendly, quick and straightforward. In addition, the host was extremely accommodating. We highly valued our privacy and felt completely comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

A truly excellent place to stay! We had the whole manor for a larger group, and that was amazing. The private bathroom in each room is brilliant, the common area is nicely furnished and you will find everything your heart desires. Especially the new outdoor area with terrace, barbecue and fire bowl was used intensively. The communication was very nice and straightforward, despite the delay on our part, we were checked in personally and very kindly. Absolute recommendation for larger groups.

We traveled with the whole family and felt very comfortable. Kathrin and Julia have a great place to stay that is highly recommended. The house is much bigger than shown on the pictures. We were completely satisfied.

We had been there in the house for the weekend now and were so positively surprised. Everything was clean , even a cute welcome card had been there. Water and apple juice bottles were ready for us. The host goes to a lot of trouble and you can immediately feel how much love she puts in. We had been there with 12 people now and we can say that we will be there again, which we liked as a group so much. Also this house is also something for families that there are enough toys for the little ones a super large trampoline, even a sandbox . I totally recommend this place

The house - in a nice vintage style - is in a beautiful area, near Winterberg. With a fifteen-minute drive you are at the slopes, where you can easily park. There are several restaurants on the same street as the house, but it is otherwise nice and quiet. Due to circumstances, we were there a day shorter and less than planned with one family member; we would also have liked to visit the suspension bridge nearby and skied for an extra day. Hopefully we can get back to the resit soon. Host Daan is fantastic; nice, fast communication and super helpful. Thank you!

We had a great weekend with nine adults at Doreen's beautiful house. The house is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The cottage is really great! It offers great amenities that leave nothing to be desired. The location is very nice and invites you to relax. Overall a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation. We felt really comfortable. Communication with Tanja and Roland was also excellent. So, clear recommendation! And one more extra tip: Don't get up too late and enjoy the lake view at sunrise with a cup of coffee on the sofa or terrace.

A very nice small apartment in which I felt right at home. It was very clean and there was everything that made the stay pleasant. The apartment is very quietly located in a residential area. The village center can be reached on foot through the beautiful park in about 15 minutes. Shopping is also nearby. I met Daniel as a very friendly host. Check in and check out went smoothly. Daniel is very flexible with the period of arrival or departure. Conclusion: A little insider tip!

Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back at any time.

Brigitte's place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and has a beautiful, green, quiet, barely visible sun terrace with beautiful garden furniture. The apartment itself has large, bright windows. The bathroom is great and super clean. Also it is always warm at Brigitte's. Brigitte is a 1A host, always helpful, helpful and easily accessible. The apartment exudes a feel-good atmosphere. If I am looking for a place to stay in Hann Münden again, I will book with Brigitte first. Highly recommended!

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. I had the pleasure of staying at the "Family Friendly for Work and Leisure with Cinema" on the Diemelsee, and it was an outstanding experience. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished, which immediately gives a feeling of comfort. Particularly impressive was the in-house cinema, which is a highlight for both children and adults. The location near the Diemelsee offers numerous recreational opportunities, whether hiking, swimming or just enjoying nature. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made sure we didn't miss anything. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect combination of work and leisure in an idyllic setting.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Quiet neighborhood even if it's next to a street. Walkable distance to supermarkets and very good café, bakeries and ice cream shop. Roman is friendly and accommodating. Thumbs up :)
