“Margret's place is stylish, homely, clean and well-equipped with anything you might need during your stay. A multitude of booklets and brochures are provided, giving tips and tricks for activities and food options in the area. The apartment is set on top of a hill overlooking the town of Vollen, with windows boasting views of the beautiful Oslo fjord. The surrounding area is great for walks in nature, or as a base to pop into Oslo for the day. Margret herself is the example of a perfect host, giving privacy at all times whilst still being present whenever help is needed. She truly is a lovely lady, and is really nice to have a chat with. All in all, a definite 5-star rating from us 🌟 !”
Modern, nice and cozy. You have everything you need for living in a quiet area. We prefere longterm rental.
“Our stay in this apartment was really delightful. House surrouding is beautiful and there is many possibilities for nice walks even in the winter. :-) The apartment is fully equipped, we didn't miss anything there. If you want to make some trip, you Can be sure that everything is only short bus ride away. The host is extremely nice person who is always ready to help or to give an advice. He responses and solves problems very quickly. :-) Only downsides could be that shop is 2 km away and last bus from Vettre to Konglungen goes at 16:10. But it was certainly no problem for us.”

“Espen and Ellen are the type of persons you close into your hearts by only meeting once. We found them to be friendly, enjoying life, hospitable and helpful. This mentality is also showing in their cottage. Everything we needed was available and as they say so themselves: the cottage and garden is continuously improved, but sometimes a good book, a tasty glass of wine or lack of money may delay those improvements. our conclusion is: if your looking for a vivid place that excudes cosiness, then you’re at the right place!”
