From the whole house, there is the most beautiful 180-degree view of the Little Belt. Around the house, there is a lawn and 2 terraces, with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with afternoon and evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and 1.5 km from the airport.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. A real family oasis. Small allergy-friendly dogs are allowed. There are several lovely beaches, good restaurants, and an active city life. The beach Kerneland is about 15 km from the house.

A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Enjoy the summer at Stokkebygård in our beautiful cottage with the spacious and lovely garden.  There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. On Ærø, you can relax in the most beautiful nature. There are many opportunities for hiking, biking or swimming. The Øhavs trail passes by the house. There is also one of the best golf courses in Europe on Skjoldnæs, only about 15 minutes' drive from the farm.
