I just want to give a big thankyou to Mike and Anastasia, what they have created here is beautiful. Our stay from minute one was just the most special thing, Mike greeted us with a big welcoming smile and was so helpful. Everything was spot on, Villa, pool, hot tub, surroundings were immaculate, and once we got there we felt at home straight away. We arrived there stressed and tired we left there invigorated and chilled. Try and get in the village if you can as well, it’s again something very special. We will be back 100% and I highly recommend that anyone should immerse themselves here, it’s wonderful. Thankyou so much Mike!

Had an amazing time in Portaria at Katerina and Emilios's beautiful home. They were such gracious hosts, and made us feel welcome immediately. The view from the house is breathtaking - really one-of-a-kind. The house itself is extremely charming. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen had so many small touches, like walnuts/fruits/milk that made us feel welcome. An incredible place to come back to after touring the Pelion region during the days. Highly recommend!

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

The stay in the villa is pleasant and relaxing. The view is breathtaking. The house is very clean. Comfortably equipped. Suzana was very kind, available and spoiled us with food she cooked. We would love to visit again. Thank you.

A perfect and spacious place to relax with stunning views on the sea and the accommodations of Affisos nearby. Eleni was, like in the past, a perfect host. It was a great week for our family.

I don’t think you could put into words just how perfect this place is. Evan was so helpful on the build up to this trip answering any questions we had! Once we got there, it became obvious this was a family run villa and Evans father and brother could not do enough for us! Always on hand to run us to town and back within 15 minutes of asking. Such friendly people, they shared stories with us about the island/people there making us feel so welcomed and relaxed. The villa was beautiful, it was cleaned daily and had everything you could possibly need e.g kitchen appliances, towels. The breakfast served had such variety, really something for everybody! The villa gave us privacy so the days around the pool were made that much more enjoyable! No pictures can do the view from the pool area justice! This was a surprise Hen party and the bride to be was blown away, thank you so much for having us - we’d love to come back one day!

Our stay at this house in Pelion was simply amazing. Nestled in a tranquil setting, surrounded by forest, the large garden with trees and a stunning sea view offered the perfect space for relaxation. The swings and sunbeds allowed us to enjoy the outdoors, and we cherished watching the meteor shower with our kids in the evenings—an unforgettable experience. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and immaculate, showcasing the host's effort and creativity. We immediately felt at home, enjoying the warmth and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their hospitality made us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived until we departed. Overall, we had a perfect holiday and can't wait to return. This is a wonderful place. It's small and cozy and nice and warm for winter. There are two bedrooms, and a couple of beds also in the living room area. The host was very communicative, and his assistant, Hará, was very kind and helpful. We are very close to town and all the lovely restaurants. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. I would definitely stay here again. This is a great place. We are very close to the city and all the great restaurants. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat. All the family were very kind to us and explained all the best spots and restaurants around. We loved the easy access to the Fakrista beach. Every morning, we woke up with a stunning view of the sea and then went to the beach in 5 minutes by car for an early swim. If you’re looking for a hidden gem to stay in the Pelion Region, book this flat, and you will have a lovely time in nature.

The house has a great view and a beautiful garden! Inside it is very clean and thoughtful with simple nice decor. Two negatives I will just say: 1) the road to get to the village is not the safest to go on foot... there is no pavement and generally cars go fast.. 2) If you are tall (1.90+) or you have mobility problems you will have difficulties with the stairs and the height of the ceiling in the loft and the toilet!

A great place, warmly decorated with taste. Incredible quiet and breathtaking views. Mrs. Miss Mademoiselle greeted us warmly, offered us local welcome dishes. While polite Mrs. Korina had given us detailed arrival and tour information of the area. The highlight was the place that had billiards and Table Tennis where we spent endless hours of relaxation and fun!

The floor, with a physiancée, thoughtful, classic for a Pelion house, but not heavy. Lovely fireplace to see, mansions and crafted bathroom. Very nice options in the colors of the walls and the style of the bedroom. The view to Volos is filling. Sparkling clean too. The only problem on the Internet for which the apartment is not responsible, as the data did not work well either, had a circular signal, at times. Because of this there was a problem with the gps on the way back in the evening soI suggest that no one comes back from Ano Meria, the gps is confused. It's a super easy from Iolkos. Handsome without general and Louisa helpful at both the beginning and end with the time facilitation at check out, very positive. The price is definitely the quality of the apartment in relation to the distance from Volos. It turns you on to go back for sure.

Beautiful place near the sea with beautiful restaurants, and despite the fact that we are close to the center of the city, it was very quiet. The terrace is very beautiful. I recommend it.

To begin with , we where 2 families with 2 children each ( 2-7 y.o.). The photos don't do justice to the house and especially the garden and the view. When we arrived we where dazled by the view and the well maintained garden . The pool is just right for a group like ours and it was crystal clear. Then Mrs Katerina showed us the house which is a traditional house but very nicely renovated. After the first (good) shock came all the amenities provided, many of which are not listed. Beside the linens, body-face towels and pool towels the house has everything you might need, from the most useful to the least but luxurious are there. Also Everything you might need for cooking or barbequing is there. Overall we will come again for sure , since this is a house where everything from the house , the view and the host are Exceptional. Cheers for everything! PS. Mrs Katerina had prepared cake, beers , sweets , wines and treats for all of us which mad us feel like going to a friends house !!!!

We enjoyed the stay very much! It is definitely a place to recommend if you are looking for a central, private and comfortable place to stay with your family.

A fantastic house! We were in a heat wave there and the house does not have air conditioning. However, it is constructed in such a way that the air always circulates and does not accumulate in the house. In addition, there are small fans above the beds, which make you feel like a light sea breeze is blowing over you when you sleep. I didn't miss the air conditioner.
