We stayed in this villa as a group of 5 for Easter, and let me tell you, it was one of the highlights of our trip. The house is already extensively equipped with anything you could want but the host Xara went to exceptional lengths to make sure we will have everything we will need for our Easter celebration. The space was gorgeous, with amazing views, very spacious and very quiet. The BBQ and garden are a highlight and the location of the villa is pretty much at the center of everything, being close to the beach and also to the beautiful surrounding villages. We had a genuinely memorable time because of how at home we felt since the beginning. Well done Xara and team!! You've got something special here!

Cosy house in an olive grove, 3 minutes walk from the beach, very quite area, very friendly host. Only difficulty: bad road to neighboring Afissos.

We felt right at home during our stay at Stathia’s place. Stathia and her family were incredibly welcoming and super nice, making us feel like part of their family. The house itself was well-maintained and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, adding to the charm of the entire experience. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay for their Pelion trip. Thank you, Stathia, for making our visit so special!!

The host provided a lot of information before we arrived at the place - how to get there and what are the best places to visit around the area. He was always helpful and quick to respond. Check-in was automatic and flexible. The place was really clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a ton of little things like an umbrella, board games, coffee filters, candles. Those small details really elevated the place for us. Bed and shower are on the small side, so might be a bit tight if you are a bigger person. Location is great, 5 minute walk to all the best taverns, pubs, shops in the area. It was also very peaceful.

Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

We spent 9 great days here, we were a group of 4 families. The villa is exactly like the description and as in the pictures with all the necessary amenities to feel like home, the lovely terrace with a view directly to the small beach next door. The kitchen is fully equipped, we could make our breakfast without missing anything. Extremely friendly hosts showed us the surroundings where we can eat, where we can do our shopping, and they responded promptly whenever we needed information. Extremely quiet area even very intimate! The beach next door is pebbles, it is equipped with 4 wicker umbrellas and some free of charge benches, it is usually quite empty. Also in the village there are 2-3 bays with beaches about the same, especially the left bay has a bigger beach. Very hot water, no dead algae and extraordinary clarity. There is the tavern area at 7-8km away and beaches arranged with beachbar in NeesPagases Recommend for maximum relaxation

A wonderful stay in a beautiful house full of charm, in a very picturesque village typical of Pelion, with a large courtyard overlooking the sea. The interior space is more than comfortable with a very well-equipped kitchen and a central island for preparing meals. A large comfortable living room invites you to relax. The rooms are functional and the bedding is comfortable. Beautiful beaches and supermarkets are within a 20-30 minute drive.

Our hosts, Katerina and Gary, were the best. We were right at home from the beginning to the end of our visit to Volos. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and even had lots of treats for us, i.e. fruit, coffee, sweets, etc. but the best treat was finding new friends in Katerina and Gary.
