It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. Our apartment, about 25 m², is located in the cozy basement of our house. It can accommodate one person. It has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a single bed, a large bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and closet wall. A small garden and parking space are available. The apartment is well suited as a supplement to our apartment if more than 5 people are to be accommodated, or also as a worker's accommodation.

Glacier is 8 km form our house away! The capital city Innsbruck is 75 km away.
