It is located on the island of Ummanz in the middle of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park and offers a magnificent view of the island of Hiddensee. The living space of more than 30 sqm as well as the comfortable almost luxurious extension make a unique holiday feeling possible. So why be satisfied with plastic idyll during your holiday? The car is perfect for a couple's vacation, but it can accommodate up to 4 people in it when the sleeping area is folded out in the living room. If you want, you can of course also take the tent.

Private garden with sitting area. Private shower room in the house. 1 km to the swimming area and the Baltic Sea coastal hiking trail. The Darss and Zingst and Fischland are easy to reach with good bicycles.

ELLA construction trailer in the Mecklenburg Lake District

Since Easter 2018, we have been welcoming guests to our farm who share our love of construction trailers. In May 2020, we expanded with this second property. Vacationers appreciate the coziness and amenities of the construction trailers, the tranquility and idyll in the countryside and the excursion destinations in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Paula Rath was built as a farmhouse for the Dammerstorfer estate and was sold in 1942 to the aircraft manufacturer Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2 hectare farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20km east of Rostock and 30km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of a ca. 600ha large The 3 ca 150qm gr. We provide parking spaces for caravans, etc.

Relaxing holiday in a caravan

We invite you to relax in nature. Our cozy trailer is standing alone on a large meadow. On our farm next door there are 2 cats and 1 English bulldog. She is very in need of love and is happy about every visitor, but is not allowed to go over alone in the meadow. Our rabbits are looking forward to dandelion. We also have sheep with their lambs that are on the farm or near the farm depending on the food level. Several swimming lakes are right around the corner.

Country idyll orchard meadow - Between heaven & earth

Enjoythe day on the orchard and the night under the stars. Our small cozy dream car (year 1987) sleeps 1-2 people with a toddler. Our small flock of sheep grazes on the orchard with apple, pear and rare plum varieties. Sometimes the watchful Sina (Kangal dog) passes by and behind the fence the dirt track to the forest runs up...In the adjacent large garden (1ha) there are plenty of fruits, colorful vegetables, a hammock, a sauna (10,-/pers.)...

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature. The caravan has a small cooking facility, fridge, 1 double bed and the sitting area overlooking the pond can be converted for two more people. Cozy hours outside overlooking the old oak and sunset, birdsong, circling birds of prey, hilly landscape invite you to rest and relax. For uncomfortable days outside, a fireplace warms up inside. Small swimming lake in the village :-)

The forest wagon is on the border of our property. You can park the car on our premises, but not directly on the forest car. A forest path leads to the forest wagon. There is no electricity and running water, but full nature. There is an outdoor toilet with heart. Here you are almost undisturbed. (Almost because of the birds!)
