Cool appartement dans le très tranquille village de Votsi, avec terrasse et vue sur mer. A quelques à pied d'une splendide plage sauvage (Spartines). L'appartement comporte 2 chambres, un salon, une salle de bain et une cuisine ainsi que sa terrasse avec vue sur mer. Un cadre idéal pour passer des instants paisible entre amis ou en famille. Le petit port de Votsi est lui aussi à 5 minutes à pied et il est possible de s'y baigner dans son eau émeraude et transparente. Repos e tranquillité.

Newly built house 65 sq.m. Large windows and large outdoor spaces will offer you privacy and invite you to relax and enjoy the pure feeling of this wonderful nature. The pool will relax you, its surroundings have sun loungers, garden furniture and swings for moments of relaxation. In front of the house there is a quiet beach, without people. If you want something more intense, the famous beach of Agios Dimitrios is 1 km away.

The house is located up in the village in a very quite neighborhood, car free. There, you can walk and enjoy the charm of the old village.
