Novo opremljen i udoban apartman smješten pored grada Senja gdje vlasnici ne žive. Nalazi se 100 metara od plaže i 2,5 kilometra od centra grada Senja. Apartman ima svoj privatni ulaz, te besplatno parkirno mjesto. U sadržaju apartmana nudimo klima uređaj, kuhinju, WiFi Internet i tv ravnog ekrana. House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.
