This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Two bedroom flat has two spacious bedrooms with hardwood flooring-each with large, en-suit bathroom. The open plan kitchen/dining and living area have direct access to a terrace filled with flowers. Open picture windows and French doors allow sunlight and fresh scent of pines and the sea into the whole villa. The apartment therefore has a feel that indoors and outdoors merge and you will be close to nature. The porch offeres stunning seaview and open part of the terrace amazing starry sky view.
