High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. The Alte Melkhaus is located on the Schwansen Peninsula, just outside Kleinwaabs overlooking fields that easily descend to the Baltic Sea. We have two lovingly furnished apartments – partly with the great view of the Eckernförder Bay – and a large, beautifully landscaped property that has a lot to offer even for children with swings, sandbox and trampoline. Also ideal for spending your holidays with several friends/families.

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor. It is also only 20 km to Eckernförde Bay!
