The small apartment is located right next to the Danube directly on Schürerplatz. Wineries, restaurants and shopping are all nearby. And for mountain bikers and hikers, it is an experience in the Wachau, Senftenberg, Mautern.... Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (zb Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (zB Marienkäfer) möglich.
