A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

We would like to make our attractive and modern furnished granny apartment with private entrance, small terrace and parking space in front of the house available to appreciative and friendly guests for temporary living in Wachtberg-Werthhoven. Wachtberg, the Tuscany of the Voreifel or also called the Drachenfelser Ländchen, the local Fraunhofer Institute as an employer, the Ahr region or also the proximity to the federal city of Bonn make the apartment a support and living point.

Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.
