Our Guest Home is a country style, spacious, bright and clean home with wonderful views of the rural surroundings including our vineyard, farm fields, the llama ranch across the road and the apple farm just around the corner. Both the Guest Home and the Winery are wheelchair accessible and there is an electric medical bed available for use.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

Relax on Butternut Bay

Breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence Seaway from this Lake-house among mature trees, lawns and perennial gardens. Three bedrooms, one with on-suite bathroom, in total sleeps 8 with two double beds, a queen bed, a double sleeper sofa bed and a set of bunk beds. 2 kitchens w/gas stoves, family room w/walk-out to patio & BBQ. Living and dining area with walk out deck. The shared beach is good for Swimming, canoeing, fishing in Butternut Bay. Watch cargo ships navigate the river.

With an industrial, modern design, this space showcases unique and custom art, literature and partial river views. NOTE: Unit access is from the exterior stairs only. This unit is on the 3rd level and is not recommended for individuals that may struggle with stairs or heights.

Lazy River Cottage

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit near the shore. The water is wonderful for those swimmers in your family. There are paddle boats and kayaks in season. Conveniently located close to St. Lawrence University and Clarkson.

The Buckton House

1872 United Methodist church converted into a great cabin/farmhouse style home. This home features 1 bedroom and a large 30'x14' loft area and can accommodate 6+ guests easily. Conveniently located near: Potsdam State College/Clarkson University = 15 minutes Massena (St. Lawrence River) = 20 minutes Canadian Border Crossing @ Cornwall = 25 minutes Lake Placid = 1 hr 10 minutes

Cabin at Laing Family Farm

The Cabin at LFF is a small and cozy spot halfway between Canton and Potsdam. It sits on the edge of our small orchard on our 220 acre certified organic farm. From the front porch and kitchen window you can view our horses and/or cows grazing in their pasture. It has a kitchen, living area, loft bedroom and full bath. There is a Roku TV and Free wifi.

Studio, Unit #2, with own entrance attached to main house. Short Drive to Canton (10 min) and Potsdam (20min). Kitchenette with cooktop and oven. TV w\ Amazon FireStick & streaming apps. Due to space constraints there is not much space on the far side of the bed. No Pets, NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUT. Cats on Property
