Vacation rentals with a patio in Waiblingen

Thomas's place was beautiful and looked brand new. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and the smaller fridge worked perfect for our time there. The bathroom has two shower heads, one being the large rainfall type. This place is perfect for two people with plenty of room to hangout and relax. The room has a private entry with a provided key to come and go as you please. There is a small stream that borders the property and I'm sure it would be lovely to hear all night with the windows open. The room is located in a great neighborhood with homes that were built in the 1500's, incredible!! We enjoyed walking most mornings to a local bakery about 400yards down the street where we had our fresh morning pastries and coffee. This whole area is full of history and beautiful settings. There are nearby farms with the occasional tractor driving through the narrow streets. If you want to immerse in a small local town in Germany, with a country feel to it, this is the place!

Absolut empfehlenswert: Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im Airbnb. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos, man hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und eine tolle Dachterrasse. Nur das Schlafsofa/ Bett war mir persönlich etwas zu hart. Die Lage war auch super, in direkter Nähe hat man mehrere Einkaufsläden. Die Kommunikation mit Valentin war auch immer freundlich. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben nichts negatives zu sagen. Es war alles gut! Optimal für unsere Bedürfnisse, wir waren ja den ganzen Tag unterwegs :). Die kleine Küchenzeile haben wir für Kaffee ☕️ und Frühstück gut genutzt. Das Bad war super sauber und das Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Nur den Parkplatz vor dem schönen Blick fanden wir etwas schade, aber das war eine Kleinigkeit. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe sein, gerne wieder.

非常满意的入住体验！ 满分！ 第一次在Airbnb平台租房，很幸运遇到了Dennis和Julia的房源，房屋的实际情况要比照片更好！非常推荐！ 1）地理位置：非常方便，也非常安静，附近有Kaufland超市，步行去附近的餐厅也很方便~ 2）房东：我很喜欢沟通直接，坦诚而且非常热情，我每次发信息都可以得到第一时间的回复。 3）设施：非常新，餐具也很全，很干净！ 4）采光：屋子里很多个窗户，采光很足，在家里很惬意 希望下次还可以入住这个房源。

War bereits das zweite Mal Gast bei Klaus und es war wieder super sauber und sehr angenehm. Gerne komme ich wieder, wenn ich in der Gegend bin und es die Buchungslage zulässt. Eine echte Empfehlung.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in der sehr schönen Wohnung. Trotz zentraler Lage war es sehr ruhig in dem Stadtteil. Bis ins Zentrum waren es auch nur 5 min Fußweg. Sehr Gerne wieder

Zatrzymaliśmy się całą rodziną w drodze do Francji. Było nam bardzo miło i wygodnie. Wygodne łóżka i czysta pościel. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Sandra nas osobiście powitała i ułatwiła zameldowanie. Polecamy!

很棒的體驗,房子雖然老舊但整理得整潔乾淨,一共有4個房間8張床,客廳很棒,廚房設備齊全,地下室有洗衣機。如果還能提供拖鞋就更棒了。

Wir hatten ein tolles Frauenwochenende in dem gemütlichen, geräumigen und interessant gestalteten Holzhaus. Besonders der zum Wald hin offene Gärten und der große Wohnraum mit dem unvergleichlichen Ausblick haben uns gut gefallen. Wir wurden von Olivers Schwester empfangen und herzlich begrüßt. Sie gab uns auch wertvolle Tipps, z.B. die Mühlenwanderung. Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt, nur wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, den stören vielleicht die ab und an vorbei fahrenden Autos. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

super schönes Zuhause auf Zeit. War mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Uns hat besonders die Sauberkeit und die Geräumigkeit des Apartments überzeugt, sie hat alles was man braucht. Außerdem ist Daniel sehr zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation war auch immer schnell und klar.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Es hat uns sehr gefallen in dem kleinen Häuschen . Alles da was man so braucht. Mit Hunden total unkompliziert . Gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen, fur Naturliebhaber.

We had the best time! Julia's house is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need and more. Her taste on decoration is exquisite and the house has a homey feeling to it - we never felt we in an "Airbnb" but rather we felt feom the beginning more like at home. There is everything to cook your meals in terms of lithchen accessories. The living room is super cozy, we spent Chtistmas time there and, despite it being Winter, we had sun almost everyday coming into the living room. There is also a toof deck were you can see the horizon and the sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and you cam easily walk to some nature or take public transport and go to Suttgart. There is a baker very close by. Five out of five stars!

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Lage ist 3 min Fußweg zum Outlet. Wohngebiet war sehr ruhig. Privater Parkmöglichkeiten sehr wichtig in der Umgebung. Immer wieder gerne!

Eine angenehme und praktische Wohnung für Hundebesitzer, man ist direkt im Grünen. Es ist toll, dass es an nichts fehlt, es ist alles da was gebraucht wird.

Kapka a été très réactive et serviable, nous avons pu laisser les bagages jusqu'à l'heure souhaitée. Le logement est super confortable et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de Stuttgart tout en étant dans un lieu paisible. Les transports fonctionnent super bien. Je recommande chaudement les piscines d'eau thermale, elles sont géniales. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Thierrys Unterkunft. Alles war wie beschrieben. Thierry ist super freundlich und hat uns sogar einen kleinen Sonderwunsch erfüllt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
