Close to Wairere Falls (7 min drive), Hobbiton Tour from Matamata (28 min drive) & 3 mins ride to cycle trail! Central to Rotorua, Waitomo, Coromandel Peninsula and Auckland. You owe yourself a break by the sea. Chill out on Whiritoa's uncrowded beach only 80 meters away. No sound or sight of traffic here and low light pollution in the village provides front seat tickets to galaxy granduer. Whangamata is only 12kms drive if you would like to eat out. Accommodation is downstairs with your personal entrance. Double bedroom with queen bed, lounge/kitchenette, laundry/bathroom. Comfortable and clean.
