“We're so glad we chose to stay here! Neil's Airbnb is located on his beautiful lifestyle block/smallholding, so is best suited for people who don't mind waking up to the ducks foraging around on the grass outside. The chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, cows and horses gave us endless amusement to watch, either from the shady deck or even through the window from the brilliantly deep bath. For us, it was perfect- stunning views, in a rural location that is still well appointed for many of the fantastic local walks and nature spots (you WILL need a car if coming here, as with most of New Zealand). The building itself is very cleverly designed, allowing for sleeping, cooking and dining in the main space, with a short indoor/outdoor covered corridor to the wonderfully spacious and modern bathroom. A powerful shower, comfy bed and ability to make simple meals meant we were extremely comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean. Neil's place is a choice you will not regret!”
