Monthly Rentals in Wailua Homesteads

Lovely home in a good location up in the mountains only a 10 min drive from Kapaa town. Since it is in the mountains there is a lot more rain. We ended up enjoying the south Poipu weather more so will probably stay there next time.

I stayed at this place with 2 kids. Beach is 1 min from the entry door, very safe and peaceful. Not crowded beach at all. Great small restaurants right there. Parking available. Cute little place perfect for us. Patricia and Katie was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful surroundings, roosters, chickens, small chicks and different kinds of birds everywhere which we found very cute. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

This was a perfect stay! The cabin was adorable and well furnished. Good quality linens and towels. Comfortable bed. Beautiful exterior decor and thoughtful amenities. I would book again and for longer.

I really loved the location! You are essentially right on the beach so gorgeous sunrises and sunsets are just a few steps away. There are also some great restaurants in the area as well. I would recommend Summer's place to others!
