Gypsy Wagon, Curio Bay, Catlins.

Fully self contained gypsy wagon located close to beach of Porpoise Bay. No ocean views but beach is 2min walk. Super king size plush $3000 mattress. Very tidy inside. Cooking facilities with microwave & fridge. Log burner with wood supplied. BBQ area. Linen/towels included. This accommodation is located on our property beside our house. The toilet/shower room (converted water tank) is located 9 meters away from the gypsy, a short walk across the grass lawn. Our gypsy wagon can sleep 2 adults

The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

Enjoy a night in this rural setting, surrounded by animals. In your own space and also being so close to town. Attached to a newly built shed is this self contained unit. Complete with: * Kitchen with basic essentials * Seperate Bedroom (queen bed) * Bathroom with big shower and toilet. * Sofa Bed * Porta cot available on request. * Plenty of room for parking.
