Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. We are situated mid way between Christchurch and Dunedin; central to South Island action incl. snow and water skiing, tramping tracks, Maori Stone Art, beach surf fishing , swimming at Caroline Bay, rivers and lakes. We are only 18kms south of Timaru which features world class sporting venues and a complete range of shopping experiences! Access to the local beach is only 2.5kms up the road.
