Parking for boat trailers if required and tips on fishing spots gladly provided. The unit is neat as a pin, has a smart TV with Netflix and Wifi. Lovely kitchen with coffee, tea, milk, bread, 3 types of cereals, butter, jam and vegemite ; fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frying pan and bench top oven
