Hello dear visitors! I rent my bungalow renovated in 2018 including a garden with a grill, fireplace and sun loungers. You are welcome to use everything. The rehab clinics can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the castle park ( 2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, as well as a pedal boat rental. The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you're looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, you've come to the right place! You can end the evening here relaxing on the sofa, in the tub or with a sauna session. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Pets are an additional one-time fee of €25.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Relax in a cozy bedroom or on the cozy sleeping floor. The open kitchen and living room with pullout couch offer space to feel good. The fireplace ensures warm, cozy evenings – perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of the Elm-Lappwald.

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has an 18 m² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Braunschweig. From here you can easily reach Braunschweig City with theaters, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.
